SL Fiji to open Day 2 at FJFW23

May 31, 2023, Suva, FIJI -    Samson Lee Fiji is set to open FJFW23 Day 2 Show at the Vodafone Arena on Saturday June 3rd.

Samson Lee will debut his ‘Loloma’ collection which is a nod to Fiji’s unique lush waters and sunsets. 

​

“This collection evokes a romantic vibe that I hope captures the essence of our islands from the aqua waters to our pink sunsets and flowers and the dark balmy nights and lush tropical leaves, it’s an ode to our landscape” said Lee. 

​

Lee also added that people can expect his collection to have a hint of glamour as a nod to the theme for the night ‘Glam’. 

​

SL Fiji evening gowns have always had the combination of the brand’s signature masi motifs on satin paired with sequins fabric. 

​

“I love that the theme for the night is ‘Glam’ because it’s so in line with my collection giving the show a ‘tropical glam’ feel and I think it speaks to our community, we love to dress in our unique style for events” said the designer. 

​

Lee said that he was also looking forward to seeing up and coming designers at the show.

​

The SL Fiji label will show on the final day of FJFW23 with established designers Su Samuels, Hupfeld Hoerder and Temesia Tuicaumia
